The hotel's central location makes it easy to access the tram, train, and buses, as well as major attractions such as the QVB, shopping precincts, and Darling Harbour. We enjoyed the choice of a healthy breakfast and the cleanliness of the hotel. The upgrade to a room with a balcony gave us a great view of historical buildings and the Town Hall clock.

The staff at the hotel made us feel very well looked after and nothing was too much trouble.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a few nights during my visit to Sydney. The location was absolutely perfect, just across from the mall and the train station. It was incredibly convenient to explore the CBD and enjoy a nice dinner in Chinatown. I was impressed by the exceptional customer service, especially when they accommodated my late check-in with no hassle. This was my second stay at the hotel and I will definitely recommend it to others.

Being in the shopping district, I didn't have to go far to shop for souvenirs. Also, the availability of public transport just a short walk from the hotel made travelling with kids a breeze. The staff at the hotel provided excellent service and were always ready to help with a smile. The room was equipped with all the necessary amenities like a mini-bar, in-room safe, and ironing facilities, making my stay even more comfortable.

The staff is polite and attentive, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The water pressure and heat in the bathroom are great.

The check-in and check-out timings could be more accommodating for those coming in early or leaving late.

The location of this hotel was fantastic. It was right in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. the convenience of having everything nearby was a big plus. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and a clean and well-maintained bathroom. It provided a cozy and relaxing environment after a long day of work.

the noise from construction work in the area was incredibly loud and disruptive, especially in the early mornings when I was trying to sleep.
